september.

day 29. reading katherine mansfield's, the doll's house. spooning salted caramel and white chocolate gelato from messina. saving silvers for a bunny bag to match my cat-face clutch. humming along to the paper kites's new ep, young north. and tomorrow, the last day of the month...
feeling ill from too-too-many raw brownies.

take your pick

a bit of a dill (tee. hee.) when it comes to adding a pinch of green to your dish? Stonesoup's herb how-to is the bees knees of eat-more-plants guides. also, her recipe for quinoa tabbouleh is well worth a visit to the grocer or just maybe, your own patch of soil? how does your garden grow? p.s. i have a chicken coop!! i know, i know, i'm gloating. jessie x

flowers in her hair

isn't she lovelie? WOWEEE!! talk about a beauty of a bride. and the farmstead festivity! golly. i nearly- almost proposed a toast of forever and ever to the unbeknown, "you're the one that i want" pair of these, "let's live happily here onwards" wedding snaps. selecting a few to woo you with was no trouble whatsoever. UMMMING over which not to include on the other hand was rather tricky (i'm sure you'll understand the pickle i was in at first sight). don't fret!! there are more and more and... "my better half" piccies from this wonderous day of celebration in this album. ps. don't forget to sign the guest list. i did, (do). jessie xx

let us race to the roof.

i have an idea, let us race to the roof. bring blankets. we will lie together and look at the stars. whisper. laugh. forget the world we left on the ground.
